LONG-JOIN Intelligent Products: JL-4 Series Photocell Sensor

The JL-4 series developed and produced by LONG-JOIN Intelligence is an electronic wide voltage line-connected light controller and light control switch designed according to the UL773A standard.

The light controllers and light control switches in this series have different product sizes and shapes, but all of them are connected using red, white, and black wires and a driver. All products in the JL-4 series adopt analog electronic design, including JL-40X, digital electronic JL-41X, and intelligent digital electronic JL-42X. Products with the same X code have almost the same or similar product shapes and sizes

This series of light controllers or light control switches is suitable for autonomously controlling channel lighting and entrance lighting according to the ambient lighting level. They adopt electronic circuit design, are easy to install, inspect, test, and have a faster response speed. In particular, most models can meet all power types, providing a wide range of voltage options for customer application scenarios. Additionally, the preset time delay control function can prevent redundant operations caused by spotlights or lightning at night. Most products have obtained UL LLC certification and comply with the non-industrial lighting control photoelectric switch standard UL773A, and some products also comply with European certifications and standards.

Troubleshooting for JL-4 series:
· It is recommended to have a qualified electrician install the equipment. The installation and use of the device should comply with national electrical regulations, local regulations, and relevant industry standards.
· Check whether the line voltage matches the light control label displayed. To avoid fire, conflict, or death, please turn off the power or circuit breaker.
· If installed on the south side of a building, facing east or west or pointing towards the ground, such as windows, signs, street lights, and possibly open lights, do not directly face artificial light. Do not place the photosensitive control unit in its controlled light (or reflected light), as this operation can easily cause the street light to cycle on and off.
